So a couple of local guys came up with a questionable idea and a bunch of capital, and are about to launch http://duringthebreak.com
The concept is that during live sporting events, you can broadcast your own commentary for others to watch and listen. The site still needs some work, but apparently one of the developers thinks a good test run will be Bob Dole broadcasting what has recently been a never-ending, profanity-laden, stream of negativity. We just set it up and Bob Dole drank some beer and picked his nose, and the guy on the other end could see and hear it.
If you have nothing better to do tomorrow morning starting at 11:30am, log in and put it through the ringer. Each "event" has its own chat blog, as well, so you can tell Bob Dole what a moron he is. (And if you want to be a guinea pig, we can probably get you hooked up as a broadcaster, as well. At present, the instructions provided on the site are pretty worthless.)
