There was an article on PFT the other week where Mark Davis said that if he can get a new stadium in Oakland it'll likely only seat 53,000 people. Kind of shocking but I guess there isn't much money in putting butts in the seats anymore. Especially since you share all the non-premium seat revenue, I believe.
