Hmmm.
Two games on neutral fields. One grass the other dome.
Who wins each game and, in a nutshell, why?

Historically, Brees has struggled on grass. I haven't looked into it enough to determine whether that's because he plays 8 games+ on turf per season or extends back into his SD days.

Hell, I dunno, any given Sunday and all. I'll tell ya after I see the Chiefs vs. Broncos play. If it's close, we have a chance for the first time in a long time. I do agree Alex better learn to put some distance on the pigskin or open up some lanes for Charles early if they plan to compete come post-season.
Taking it week by week.

I too am concerned with the offense but I think the donkeys are running up the score against bad teams to hide their defensive woes and lackluster running backs. Defensive teams could be competitive against them. I just don't know if the Chiefs has the offense to beat them.

Depends on where game is.
Denver is clearly #1, but the other four? Dunno.
Don't think the chiefs could go on the road and beat all 4, but think they could beat all the other 3 at home.

New Orleans is giving up 13.8 a game. 3 points a game more than the Chiefs.
Solid combination of a "light up the scoreboard" offense with a stingy defense.

I'm solely basing my list on what I've seen so far this season and a little on past history :D and I haven't missed many games.
Seattle-travels across country and plays an ugly game against Carolina but a W is a W,throttle division foe San Fran and most impressive to me the comeback this last Sunday against Houston.
New England-no Gronk,no Welker yet still getting it done, first 2 wins were very ugly and an impressive trip to Atlanta with a very impressive TD by Thompkins
Saints-Again can't say much for who they've beaten but Miami was 3-0 and they not only beat them but smacked them around.
Chiefs-I'm 50 years old and grew up with the saying great defense wins championships, not saying KC is great but from what I've seen so far these guys have the makings to be something very special.
Denver-Again based on who they've played and beaten and the fact that Manning at least to this point has shown time again he is not built to play in cold weather and lest we forget that one season he did get a championship he played in 4 post-season games and threw a total of 3 td's and 7 int's.Granted, new team etc. but choked once again last season,so I'll say I'm from Missouri...Show Me.

Wilfork is most likely out for the year so their already bad defense is now even worse. Plus, knowing Amendola, he'll come back only to get re-injured a week later.

I think the Chiefs could beat the Patriots without playing their best game. I also think that if both the Chiefs and Pats played their A game, the Chiefs would win it.
But with the 3 above them, even if the Chiefs played their best game, they'd need those 3 squads to fall off somehow. They're not beating the Broncos, Seahawks or Saints if any of those 3 are firing on all cylinders.

This.
The Broncos offense is off the charts.
The Saints have the best overall balance between O and D
The Seahawks are dominating on D and a little better than the Chiefs on O.
Chiefs: see above.
The Pats are about the same as the seahawks and chiefs on O but not as good on D.
Best team with a loss: the Colts.
Wilfork is most likely out for the year so their already bad defense is now even worse. Plus, knowing Amendola, he'll come back only to get re-injured a week later.
I haven't thought their defense has been that bad this year.

If they both played their A game minus Brady I would agree we would win. Brady in Beast mode would be too much for the Chiefs.

2 years ago? Sure. Give him a healthy Gronk, Hernandez and Welker and I think you're right.
But this team can keep his WRs covered in man to man coverage. That's such a huge advantage.
Remember we're playing our A game as well, which means that we have Houston and Hali bringing some heat and Flowers/Smith playing a strong game. At that point, I don't think Brady's enough on his own.
It's been almost a decade since Tom Brady won a Super Bowl. He's great, but time's proving that he's not unbeatable even at his best. And it doesn't take long now before his frustration starts to show and he gets to pouting. If the Chiefs go out there and play tough, physical football for a half against him, I think they can flat out beat the Patriots, even on a good day for Brady.
