I posted a similar thread several years ago regarding the Tigers and Royals pitching staffs (Scherzer, Gibson, & Crow vs. Greinke and little else). KC is probably better, but I'm not sure it's by much.

KC: Bowe, McCluster, Avery, Jenkins, Hemingway, Hall

Mizzou: Green-Beckham, Lucas, Washington, Sasser, Hunt, White

Any NFL team's WRs would completely annihilate what Mizzou has to offer.

And it's not even close.

Washington could probably help the Chiefs right away.

This is all skewed by the fact that McCluster is on the field so much. Bowe is a legitimate #1, we just don't have anything else.

This is akin to the old, would the worst NFL team get beat by the best college team? No.

It's a bit in jest, as KC's are better. However, given how relatively weak they are compared to the NFL norm, I thought it would be interesting to consider. I guess not. ;)

And everyone thought my thread about 810 radio and the moon landing was bad...

I would guess that current WRs at Mizzou will have more yards, catches and TDs in the NFL from this point forward than current Chiefs.

You laugh, but Mizzou does have a nice stable of NFL quality WRs.

I could agree with that.

Aaron Crow is a negative war pitcher so he's not a very good example to use.

1) WTF does this have to do with anything?

2). Another Mizzou pitcher who may win the Cy Young award is currently throwing a no hitter in the playoffs.

Mizzou's recievers turn into pussies once they cross the line into the NFL...kind of like Moonlight graham, but instead of changing into a Old ass Man who doesn't know how to do the Heimlick on a child correcty, they become a big ole soft moist vagina who sign their names on the I.R. dotted line.

DGB will be a stud in the NFL & Washington will get drafted.
