A league source tells Profootballtalk the Redskins are "trying to trade" Fred Davis.

It's hardly a surprise after Davis was a healthy scratch on Sunday. Davis was an ascendant player in 2011, but has seen his career derailed by injury and suspension since. Selling extremely low, the Redskins likely wouldn't be able to get more than a conditional late-round pick.

I would love to add him if he is cheap enough.

If Dorsey thinks he fits, hell yes, every other free agent he's brought in has been golden.

For nothing, sure. I think Fasano is better than I thought though.

Fasano got Brady Quinn into the NFL. That's impressive enough as it is.

Hell yeah I'll take him. But wait until he's cut, then sign him.

He's young and talented but was suspended for PED's in 2011 and has a court case pending cover the assault of a woman in a bar.

I'd probably offer nothing more than the Cowboys 6th rounder in 2014 but he's only on a 1 year deal, so if he doesn't work out, the draft choice is blown.

I would imagine other teams, especially the Packers and Pats, would be interested if he's cut.
