This.

It was a terrible play. The guy has made some big plays for us this year as well both returning and receiving.

The game's not over. We can overcome this.

I am a McCluster detractor, but almost every receiver has made a huge drop at one time or other.

Sure it would have.

However, rest assured that the one guy that's probably more pissed about it than anyone around here is Dexter McCluster. You know he wants that one back with a passion. TD receptions don't come any easier than that.

I'm not bashing him. I think he's a decent player. I'd actually like to see them get him in space more often. I just wish he would have caught that ball. :)

He's a frustrating player for sure. For every good play he makes, he makes a bad one. He's actually been decent the past few weeks before today. He needs to be more consistent. But after 4 years, I guess he is who he is.

Actually he had 3 dropped passes coming into today. I believe he had two more today.

Five drops in 9 games is a lot for a guy who is probably going to contribute about 450 yards of offense this year. I'm guessing he ends up with about 10 drops and 40 catches.

He's a pretty "meh" player and should be replaced with a playmaker at the slot position. He hasn't been as bad as he has in the past, but there's no reason we shouldn't look to upgrade.

He's an ok player, and makes an occasional great play, but for the most part your right. His overall production is pretty meh or average.

dunno yet, he is still building chemistry with Alex like the rest of the O. He has more than his share of drops but comes up big too so I give the more time. If by the end of the year he still has the butterfingers, we look to the draft but I'm guessing he progress just like I'm thinking the O as a unit does. Look, Bowe finally got involved so things can and are changing just not quite all on the same page at the same time yet. Still winning!

Life is easier for a QB when defensive linemen arent on top of you before you finish your drop, and when you have more than one guy who can get separation.
