I disagree. Yes the defense had sucked against some teams such as Baylor. But there were probably 3-4 games where the defense played well enough. And if the offense could have been at least adequate the jayhawks had a good chance at a W.

Plans for the stadium will be out after the basketball season, which means for KU early April, as opposed to early March for KSU... check that... KSU could make a deep run in the NIT.

Coaching changes are already underway. Grunny is gone, Reagan coming in to coach the o-line and run the offense. I expect some other changes, likely at WR coach.

At least 4 projected starters coming back off injury or transfer, 3 of them on D.

O-line needs some work, without question. Expect changes at WR.

It takes time to build a program. 1 win, 3 wins, next year, who knows.

Women's track and field ought to be in the running for national championships both indoor and outdoor, and lately there have been some pretty good volleyball and womens basketball teams.

Oh, and our baseball team made the finals of the Big 12 tournament last spring, too.

But we're no Titletown.
