They "deserved" it mainly because other cities couldn't get their shit together. That being said, I actually feel there's still potential in the market, and their attendance problems are overstated. Their stadium is simply way too big for the market, mainly because UGA and UF demanded more seats for the one game a year that they play there.

Jaguars seem to be starting to put things together, and it's fascinating to me because that team has got basically nothing on either side of the ball.
