There is no optimal boob size. It's all about proportion. There are sizes that you would think are too big and only belong to fatties, but look up Lucy Pinder or Keely Hazell. I grew up with 3 older brothers who were relentless in teasing me day in day out for my entire childhood. The reason I mention all of this is to impress upon everyone that when I say they were relentless they truly were.
