What about your own Branden Albert?

Saints need a left tackle.

Half those guys won't even hit free agency.

Bowser

I'd love to bring about ten of those guys in. But knowing that won't happen, try to land one of the safeties, and test the waters with Orakpo. Hali isn't getting any younger. A corner would be nice, as well.

Decker could make a killing on the open market this year.

Would BB renew Talib's contract and pay him accordingly?

He's arguably the best CB in the game and BB doesn't like to pay anyone but Tom.

But also Talib may not ask for top money due to previous trouble?

Fool's gold. Eric Decker is Alvin Harper v2.0.

I don't think he's worth the kind of contract he'll wind up getting. He's a solid #2 on a good team, nothing more.

Brady is literally the only player they will not consider letting go.

The salary cap can be manipulated.

If we have smart guys doing all the bidding, which we seem to, there isn't any reason we shouldn't be able to move money around and get about any 2 of these guys.

Go after Byrd or Ward. Resign Albert. Talib would be great. My guess is we couldn't afford Verner or Grimes. I think Hali is at plateau, careerwise, but he wants to win , plays heart and soul so Orakpo would be a slap at this point. I think raji would be available and worth a deal. I guess the WR's are coming from the draft.

Decker was a good target with Tebow throwing to him. I think he'll be fine when the Patriots eventually sign him as revenge for Welker.

What about your own Branden Albert?

Saints need a left tackle.
Albert would be a great fit in New Orleans, but they can't even afford to retain all of their own dudes. They certainly can't afford to give him the 10 mil/year avg that he wants.
