i made the goof this past year of the adopt a chief post. it took me like 5 minutes to correct my mistake. with a little "prodding" by my fellow planeteers.
boils down to this, if you're going to make a post (as in "free agency is here") be open enough to update the thread EVERY. SINGLE. FREE. AGENT. SIGNING.

it's called common courtesy.
