Sorry if Q but I didn't see this posted. NFL.com has an all-time draft where they take the current draft order, and based on needs they pick any player in history. For example Houston is #1 and they need a QB. They take Elway. Kinda lame but here's who KC gets at #23. Best players ever, and this is all we get?

talking heads have run out of things to talk about.

pushing the draft to May was a mistake.

They could do more in depth features on prospects instead of short 1-5 minute clips. There's gotta be at least enough interesting stories to fill the down time.

James Lofton over DT? What?

James Lofton over DT? What?

He went to the Chargers a couple picks later. They showed an old clip of Ladanian in the "green room" as the last player waiting. It was at that moment I knew I was witnessing the dumbest shit I've ever seen on the web. I apologize for even posting this crap.

What in the actual fuck?

I'm surprised they didn't mock us a lineman.

Wouldn't mind Orlando Pace.

That would be better than James Lofton, FFS.

I know he's in the HoF. no1curr

As retarded as this is, you have to admit that's something we'd do.

More than likely, for sure.

I know Lofton was a fine player in the day, but I've never seemed to like him. Maybe it's me listening to him do color on the Monday night games on the radio. He's awful.

James Lofton was a good player, but he is a player who stands as a testament to the stupidity of the Hof voters.

He was good, but not HoF good.

Meanwhile, Otis Taylor is still on the outside looking in.

Lofton is #107 in Reference's all-time player value ranking:
http://www.pro-football-reference.com/leaders/career_av_career.htm

Yet we would take him 23 overall. So lame. You could take Montana, Young, Lott, Emmitt Smith, Tomlinson, Marvin Harrison etc etc.

In this system?

Was Lance Alworth or Steve Largent still on the board?
