In a battle of B movies, or at least B-titled movies, here are my votes:

#1 - Boogie Nights. This is a great scene. Firecracker guy takes it from mundane to wonderful.

#2 - Blazing Saddles. It's a funny scene, but it doesn't have a firecracker guy.

#3 - Black Sheep. It would have been funnier if he had mentioned living in a VAN, DOWN BY THE RIVER!
