I like GG ok - been about a year since I've been.
I usually just get steak, mushrooms, green onion, sprouts, garlic and carrots. maybe forgetting a few items - I get the teriyaki sauce.

Get two bowls. Use second bowl to compress the meat in your main bowl as much as possible. Add more meat. Compress again. Repeat until completely full. Discard first bowl. Garnish overflowing meat bowl with onions, sprouts and garlic sauce.

Always go meat first then noodles and veggies. Always carry two or more eggs up with you. I like to go szechuan sauce as a base and ad a hint of lemon and pad thai. Also, if you don't add pineapple to your bowl you are seriously missing out.

Ditch the mushrooms and that sounds like a solid bowl to me.
