If I had the necessary means and know-how, I would love to make and eat my own bread. As a matter of fact, I'd like to start learning how to cook and prepare a lot of things. One day...

I really don't understand the obsession with bread that has the texture of a wet sponge. We store it in plastic bags and it grows green in less than a week, despite being loaded with preservatives.

When I lived in Europe, bread was left on the counter, in the open air and it never grew mold. Not surprisingly, it also tastes WAY WAY better.
