I went once a couple of years ago. It was a fun night, but I don't care to go to that stadium. I'm much less of a baseball fan anyway, than I am a football fan. I simply heard it here on tv.

Their fan ship is regularly commented on local radio tho' and from what I hear they're followed more on tv and radio; that the number of fans is much larger than people think based on game attendance.

Well, then you'll have to turn on local sports radio here— WDAE—if you want that. 'Cause that's where I heard it.

I'm a transplant and so is my SO—most people are. But we both do root for the Rays. For me, it's 'cause I hate the Red Sox. He follows them more though. There are plenty of people here that route for the team where they moved from if they grew up there and the Rays. I see them in sports bars but that's not a stat. Plus the stores sell Ray's shirts and merchandise.

Yup... Spent lots of time there, well, just North of there, and Navy dive school was terrible; all the heat, just as much humidity, and no AC... Made you want to do nothing but dive... I guess the latter was a positive!
