I asked a bartender about these when I saw them on the menu. His response was “they are really just a waste of good beer”.

The term "good beer" being used very loosely.

I got this from the new bar menu at Harrah's Casino Council Bluffs, the beer selection seems to be decent minus the swill.

I really like the taste of IPA's. But man, more then three of them give me a headache.
Speaking of can layout.

Love good beer. Love good cocktails. I've never had a cocktail where the use of beer really added something that [soda water + a juice or syrup] doesn't do better.
