Is the SEC Network actually a NEW network or is ESPN Classic becoming the SEC Network?

If it is actual new network does anyone knows where it will be in the channel lineup for Google Fiber?

...and, oh, BTW, Google fiber is moving several sports channels tomorrow and consolidating them in the low 200's.

It's kind of confusing, but I don't think ESPN is giving up a channel. I do know that the universities are having to spend million$ (and in some cases more than $10 million) to get their studios (if they have one) and audio/video transmissions up to ESPN standards.

I contacted Time Warner yesterday about it and all the info they had was that it was launching on the 14th. There's a channel listed but no way to subscribe.
