Haters... who know everything about football according to most threads this summer... Got to be squirming.

Meanwhile, all us homers... who don't have a clue... are enjoying a pretty entertaining start to the season.

Carry on!

Winning in spite of the team we fielded does not equal victory for the homers.

John Dorsey threw up has hands, shrugged his shoulders, and said, "WHUP SALARY CAP!"

The offensive line that everybody bitched about was in shambles. He didn't add anything other than the very cheapest of cheap veterans, cut guys, and spent all of our draft picks on salary cap relief replacements.

He sure as fuck didn't improve shit on our roster.

3-3. Just how good do you think that is?

We have played some tough playoff contenders and were competitive with all of them. With the tough schedule so far 3-3, mostly on the road, really isn't bad at all. The next few games should be easier, so we may end up in pretty good shape.

We are winning inspire of our HCs willingness to blatantly throw games.

We are a HC away from building a playoff team.

Considering our schedule pretty good. None of the haters thought we would be at 3-3 at this point. You know it.

Considering the early schedule, thats about where even the most optimistic of us thought we would be.

Despite some mistakes, Andy Reid has these guys playing above their talent level. I don't know of many HCs available that could take this team with a bunch of 2nd string and lower quality players starting and have them playing as well.

The homers win this round, boys. Put down the pitchforks.

Most of us thought we would be 1-5.

The fact that our receivers are who they are it's rediculous that we are even 500.

Andy Reid has his flaws surely, but maximizing his teams talent level isnt one of them

Our receivers, our OL, and our secondary are all crap, yet here we are. :thumb:

Just imagine where the Chiefs would be if they were aggressive last offseason and made serious attempts to upgrade the WR position.

You throw out game 1 against the Thumbtacks, and we have had 5 weeks of pretty good football to watch. Who knows where it will wind up, but it has been pretty damn fun to watch for the last 5 games. Against pretty fair competition too, as agreed to by haters and homers alike.

They did. They had Sanders in their grasp, until Denver called.

His mistakes are magnified because of the lacking talent especially at wr. He is his own worst enemy with his cute bitch play calling.

We can go 13-3 rest of the way.

Does it matter if we can't win a playoff game?

The fact that they are playing above their talent level is more of a benefit for this team than the fact that he makes mistakes is bad for the team. Norv Turner, for example, knows how to call plays and manage the clock, but he completely fails at motivating his players. I would rather have a flawed Reid who gets his team to overachieve.

Or possibly the staff know much more about their players than we do, and trusted a few of these guys were going to turn into decent players, allowing us to still compete?

The team is competitive, Alex Smith is competitive, the running game is, and more importantly, our secondary is, especially considering last year.
