Best thing I ever did was buy a bike. In terms of fun factor, socializing, meeting a ton of new people. SO much shit to do during peak riding season. You can literally pick any night of the week and there is something going on. And rides every weekend essentially. And there are great bikes at virtually any price point.
Plus, I love riding. No radio. The smells while riding. Small temperature changes. Getting "out of town" on state highways etc for a few hours is very relaxing and recharges the mental batteries IMO. I recommend to anyone who has ever considered owning one, but hasn't , to do it. I've never met anyone who regretted it. You might ride for a season and find out its not your thing, but you'll have fun finding out if it is.

If you do much highway commuting you'll get tired of the noise from the soft top in a hurry. Driving down the highway in my old CJ is like riding out a hurricane in a tent. Wranglers are better though and got even better yet with each subsequent model.
