View Full Version : Chiefs Alex Smith and Eric Fisher where a package deal

Think about it.

We got Alex, so didn't even THINK about seriously considering drafting a QB. We drafted Fisher. We paid Alex, and then let the very good player who played the same position as Fisher walk.

When you complain about the o-line remember, Eric Fisher and Alex Smith are for now, intertwined as one being of suck. Our O-line is in shambles, because of not only drafting Fisher, but because we paid Alex. Who btw, was still under contract for this year.

One in the same. One in the same. If you want to blame the O-line, you might as well just jump right to Alex because he was the direct catalyst for all of this.

Don't spell Eric's name as Erich.

It puts him on the same level as Erich Wolfgang Korngold, my favorite Hollywood film composer of all time.

Eric Fisher is just Eric. Like Eric the kid with a learning disorder who works at Burger King.

This argument is old. Albert was in Miami negotiating a contract with the Dolphins during the draft. It was considered to be a linemen heavy draft with 8 of the top 12 picks being linemen.

There was no qb worth being drafted in the first 3 rounds, much less the first overall pick.

Alex Smith sucks, our more accurately is scared as Fuck to make a play, and eric fisher is junk. But to say they are attached is far fetched. Unless you would rather be playing geno smith. Which wouldn't be any better.

They're all part of the same failure. They'll all be gone in a few years and we'll be left wondering what the fuck we watched the last four seasons.

Then some shiny new GM will pitch us the 2018 version of Kaepernick or Jake Locker or some other broken toy. And we'll watch them wrap it up and put it under our Christmas tree. Then we'll try to pretend the broken Bop-it is just as fun to play with as the PS4 all of our friends got.

Merry Fucking Christmas. Clark is a terrible Santa.

I do not understand Hooties hate for Carr.. The kid is doing great as a rookie on a horrible team.. If he were on a great team, he would be Wilson this year..

So far his rookie year, completing 60.5% of his passes.. 2600 yards 17tds, 11ints.. Best of all rookie QBs.. They can build around him as he gets better..

I don't think anyone said smith was great. His ceiling is above average. He can win with a great supporting cast but isn't going to elevate a poor surrounding cast.

It looks like the franchise is going to be set back a few years. You can't squander first and second round picks like KC has. 4 picks and you have a pedestrian game managing QB, an average at best LT and a pass rusher who hasn't been able to play on a team that desperately needs rotation on D.
