I am not all that great but basically I make my favorite chicken soup and then before I serve , drop dumplings in

Now,

lately I have been converted to 'semmel knoedel' which is a different kind of dumpling

if you have ever had semmel knoedel you know what i mean

but i like semmel mainly with beef

i do like regular old drop dumplings for chicken....

in the dumpling i like to ad a little ground andouille and rosemary

i love rosemary

I'll eat it, but its not usually at the top of my list, kinda like chicken and egg noodles... its tasty, its filling, but its not very exciting.
