about 2 years ago, I was moving an old recliner my dad had failed to get rid from the family room/cave (he never used this room hardly ever) into the basement itself to free up some space. this recliner was probably bought in 1985-ish, as i remember as a kid going to Levitz to pick up the furniture set.

I'm moving it by myself (small recliner), and I hear something rattle, then bammo....a butterfly knife falls out of it and onto the basement floor. LMAO. Mind you, I have two older brothers 7 and 10 years older than me. I suspect it had been stashed years ago as contraband by one of them. I immediately recognized/remembered the knife. wrapped it up and gave it back to my brother as a Christmas gift last year. lol. he was like "wow! this is just like the one I used to have when I was probably 13! it even has the same dragon inlay on it"!

there is a possibility there is a galaxy note 3 in a piece of furniture in this house. Didn't go as far as tearing the fabric off the bottoms to check. Shook everything really good though.

We were using it on the couch one evening and it was never seen again. We went with the theory that the cat knocked it in the trash, we didn't notice and sent it to the landfill.
