While volunteering at a homeless shelter a few weeks ago, they were setting up a store for families to be able to give their children Christmas gifts. Hali had donated over 30k worth of toys, books, games, movies and living essentials to the shelter and was there helping set up and distribute. He is an awesome person. Disliking him is idiotic.

That doesn't always translate into production on the field. Hali has been borderline awful this season, with the aforementioned low point of being outrun by Peyton Manning.

Looking at his off field contributions to the community, and him being a great person, that should not keep him with the team if he cannot contribute at the level we need on the field, for the money being put forth.
