Sunday night at 8:00 means sitting in front of a TV with some popcorn anxiously waiting for "Undercover Boss" to start.

The show which premiered on Dec. 14 is about a high-level corporate executive that disguises themselves and goes undercover to work with their employees to see what really goes on behind the scenes of their company.

Each episode has been very emotional and has left viewers very pleased with the way that the executive's have chosen to correct and reward their employees, but Sunday's episode has left many questioning the CEO's actions.

CEO and founder of Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill, Doug Guller, has taken pride in opening a number of what he calls "breastaurants" throughout the southwest past of the nation.

Guller went undercover using the alias "Jake" and shadowed four different employees in different locations.

He explains how he is proud of the many "assets" that bring customers into Bikinis and his company motto "eat with your eyes."

After he was done shadowing his employees, he sat each of them down that either made a great impression on him or disappointed him in some way.

While talking with one of the employees, Jessica, Guller expressed his disappointment that she didn't wear the bikini top and wasn't enthusiastic about a future with the company. During his time with Jessica she had expressed to him that as soon as her resume was picked up by someone, she would leave her job as a server.

When confronted about this, Jessica explained that she did not want to be shown on television wearing a bikini top. Guller considered it a dress code violation, and she was fired.

Another employee, a server named Grace, explained how much she enjoyed her job, especially the uniform consisting of a bikini top, denim shorts, and cowboy boots. However, one thing in particular that she wanted to change was her breast size.

Guller promised her that if she continued her excellent work performance for the next six months, he would pay for her to get breast implants. Grace was ecstatic and finally had a new motivation to excel at work, but some viewers didn't see it that way.

Many took to Twitter expressing their outrage about Guller's actions.

I saw it advertised. They showed the chick in the shirt get up and storm off. I almost tuned in, but I was pretty sure I knew what happened.

Rarely is there such thing as bad publicity.

And chances are the people throwing twitfits wouldn't go to a 'breastaurant' anyway.

The construction worker and sales guy demos don't care about his behavior.

Women work in bikinis and they don't get treated with respect in the workplace? Get out of here

Yea, its kinda scuzzy. But not as scuzzy as 'Show Mes" in St Louie and Illinois.

Yea, its kinda scuzzy. But not as scuzy as 'Show Mes" in St Louie and Illinois. Our Chiefs group down here went to a "Show-Me's" sports bar to watch a couple of games this year. More TV's than I've ever seen squeezed into a sports bar. The women were covered up but had short shorts on. Must be different up there.

Next week, some cheese hog will sue him for not hiring her because she wouldn't look good in the uniform.

I was disappoint.

She didn't want to be in a bikini on national TV, while is probably not part of the job description.

Then don't agree to be on the show. If I worked at a pool hall/chicken restaurant named Cock and Balls that catered to female clientele, you best believe I'm rocking the banana hammock uniform on national television. Give the people what they want.

Seems to me that she would have a choice to be on the show or not.

Surely they would have to sign a release...

If every restaurant had bikini uniforms, there wouldn't be a stigma. So are these people to blame, or is society to blame?

ghak99

Surely they would have to sign a release...

No doubt, the whole "conflict" was probably staged.

She probably already had a new job and they gave her a chunk of change to go along with the over dramatizing of the bikini and over serving scene just to drive the ratings.

...and I amused them just like I did with the eaten by an alligator crap. LMAO

Surely they would have to sign a release...Of course. But, did she get a real choice to appear on the show?

And even if she agreed and signed the release, changed her mind the night before or rethought the decision, I still think she has a right to not appear on national TV in a bikini top.

Yeah I caught the show and figure with her attitude she was going to get the boot at the end which did indeed happen. I was left wondering if one of those would work in Billings, MT. I bet it would and if not for the million dollar cost of a liquor license around here, I would consider it.

I don't care about what a business thinks sells, but that dude was a pretty big douchebag. He clearly just wants bimbos working there as he loved the chick he bought tits for at the end, who is clearly working with about half a deck upstairs.

From what someone was posting on reddit that worked there. If they did not show their faces on TV they were fired. The two that supposedly quit, they were told if they did not sign the release they would have to blur their pictures. They did not sign, the tv company decided to pay them to go home. When they came back to work their next shift they were fired.

The bartender bit was added just to develop drama. They are allowed to wear shirts.

The show me's that came into the northland was the quickest closing restaurant I have ever seen. Maybe 6-7 months.. Could of been longer, but damn did it disappear, even good drink specials could not get people in there..

Initially the show was interesting, but the schmaltzy direction it takes with the stuff at the end that they give away makes you roll your eyes. I think somebody sits in an office building trying to think of ways to make women cry because that = ratings...

reminds me of a bike night I was at and they had probably 8 "Elves" walking around (Christmas in July theme). Whore'd out / hookered out Elves. and I overheard one of the Elves complaining to another that "uuugggg....that creepy guy over there won't stop looking at me".

well...duh, ya dumb bitch. you're dressed like a stripper with your titties and ass hanging out (which were outstanding, by the way) and you're wondering why guys are staring at you. lol.

This is the equivalent of getting a job in construction and not wanting to get dirty. It's quite obvious when you apply at a bikini's restaurant that they are looking to provide customers with a titillating atmosphere with their food. This isn't about sensitivity training it's about an employee not being retarded. What's next showing up for your first day on the job as stripper in a burka?
