Impetigo is a staph infection (sometimes strep), but often susceptible I believe (ie not MRSA). Just oral antibiotics and maybe something topical. Steroids make infections worse because they inhibit the immune response. Makes a lot of sense for eczema (allergic), not so good for infection.

Fungal/yeast infections are often in creases and areas that collect sweat (Breast creases, between toes, underneath a pannus if you're fat, armpits, groin).
