Okay so we got down below $2 a gallon to around $1.80(ish). Now gas is back up to around $2.36 at QT. Something I have noticed however over the last couple weeks leads me to think something is not on the up and up. Typically Costco and Sam's Club gas prices are around .07-.12 a gallon cheaper than QT. In fact there were some times last year when QT ran lower by abou .01-.02 for a couple days.

Over the last month I have noticed QT is running a full .20 a gallon higher Costco if not more. That just doesn't seem right. It goes against the price differences that have existed between QT and Costco\Sam's for the last couple years.

Today QT is .19 higher than Sam's and Costco. Also, oil has risen about 13%-14% off of it's lows but gas prices have gone up roughly 30%.

Something just doesn't seem to be stirring the kool-aid

I've never seen that large of a difference between QT and Costco on a consistent basis. Maybe for a day or two tops but it has been like that consistently for the last few weeks. I always check Gas Buddy before I get gas at Costco because QT at times is close enough to the price it isn't worth the extra drive to Costco.

I check down here and there must be something going on, there are none to compare.
