To me, Lawrie's initial slide was dirty, but there's at least a possibility that it was unintentional (I don't believe that, but it's at least possible). When he was beaned by YV, he pretty much took it as he should have and didn't really blow up until Herrera went after him a 2nd time (which was fucking hilarious).

Samardzija intentionally threw at LoCain on Opening Day because he's a shit pitcher who gave up a bomb to Moose. Then he ran out of the dugout/bullpen to go after Cain again on Thursday & was trying to get into a fist fight? To me, that says he's a piece of shit person who knows he can't get Cain out so he'll just try to injure him (or in this case, get him suspended).

I'm totally cool with our guys being the "bad boys." Certainly much better than being irrelevant. But MLB has mad it clear that they're going to be harder on us than the A's or White Sux, so I'd like to see us do what we can to keep our guys on the field. Talk shit, that's cool. Stand up for yourself, I'm all about it. But don't do shit that's going to get you suspended if you can avoid it.
