The offense played way over their heads to start the season. They were never that good, but they're not this bad either. I'm frustrated by this recent run and I "get" wallowing in the misery a little bit...but some of the comments about the players not caring and other nonsense is just retarded.

We got spoiled by the great start and awesome hitting--especially when last season the offense kind of sucked all year.

No shit. It's getting lost in the mix that this team is one... ONE game out. Sure, it's June, but some people here are acting like we're 10 god damn games under .500. I'll say it again. I don't really care about the losing funk we are in. I do care about the way we are swinging the bats and the awful plate appearances. I do care that the starting pitching appears to be in serious trouble. Those things concern me.

For me this was a winning day at the K with my son over the weekend. Had If I knew we would be spoiled alert with Ventura shitting on the mound first two innings & not win, I would have liked to see the Royals win on Sunday with Guthrie but alas still had fun with my son it was his first time ever and my second time for a Royals game.

Had a blast & I got to see Perez hit a home run would have been nice to see him hit that for a game winner like he did Sunday but this weekend was a blast. Cant's wait to go back hope soon but I never know when I get the opportunity again?.


What the hell is wrong with Ventura he is the one I wanted see more than Guthrie but very disappointed hoping he pulls it together soon.
