Jefferson city to Columbia for UF game

What are the options for transit between Jefferson City to Columbia on a MU football game weekend? I am coming in on Columbus Day weekend to see the MU-UF game, and then head over to KC for the Chicago-Chiefs game the next day. (What a god damn great idea my friend had..)

Probably coming into Jefferson City the day before around 6:22pm on the Amtrak.

Are there:

1) Buses that run Friday night?

2) Taxis?

3) A Chiefs fan going up to that game willing to give a ride.

I know there is a Greyhound bus that leaves Saturday morning and gets to Columbia in an hour, but I think we would rather spend the night in Columbia, rather than Jefferson City.

Any ideas or charitable folks?

How are you getting to KC on Sunday?

If either of you is 25, I'd recommend renting a car in Jeff City. It's going to be your easiest and best way to get to Columbia Friday night.

If you were coming into KC or St. Louis, there's a service called MoEx that will run you from either airport all the way to Columbia for a reasonable fee, with door-to-door drop-off in Columbia.

always plan on the bus or train being late.
