What if Clark Hunt wanted the chiefs to play in London so fans could both see the Chiefs and royals game without having both interfere with each other?

No. Hunt agreed to give up a home game to London because he's on the NFL International committee and was one of the few owners that hadn't surrendered one. That is what it is. 30 other franchises have to give up a home game (except Denver). Deal with it.

Problem is he did nothing to dispel the rumors that doing this put KC in the running for a Super Bowl as was discussed on this board a year ago when the announcement came down from New York and was obviously proven untrue when Goodell said as much. That is what he fucked up and should be held accountable (lol) for. KC lost the chance to host a Super Bowl when voters turned down the bond / tax issue to pay for a rolling roof.

I think a more realistic strategy would be to expose his "brand" to an international audience. He used to work for Goldman Sachs...he knows all about manipulating people....and exploiting them for profit.
