We beat the two conference champions last year.

Where did that get us?

We also lost to Oakland, Tennessee, 49ers, Denver x2, and Pittsburgh.

The games vs NE and Seattle are definitely head-scratchers.

Just wait till the Bears win at Arrowhead this week and Detroit gets its 1st win of the season against the Chiefs in London. LMAO

It does matter. But it really only matters if you can beat them at the end of the year (if you are still in it). Hopefully, KC can correct flaws, improve schemes and play better as a team as the season progresses so that if they should happen to face Den or Cin again, the outcome will be different.

Facing teams of lesser caliber will hopefully allow them to gain confidence/improve timing/build chemistry without forsaking a win.

If we go 0-4 over the next 4 games.....people need to be fucking fired and cut.

Those games were at home.

We suck on the road against playoff teams. We have one win against playoff teams on the road under Reid, and it was against the Vick-led Eagles, who wasn't even their QB down the stretch.

Honestly, though, this team should take a page from that win over the Seahawks last year.

We won that game because we leaned on the running game and hid Alex Smith.

New England was in early disarray. Seattle didn't have Mebane and was gifted a few generous penalties in key situations.

KC loses handily against New England -home or away- if that game wasn't in September.

The fact that the Chiefs destroyed NE so utterly led to the Pats shuffling the O-Line around and getting much better protection.

I can understand Alex messing up the offense or Andy. That makes sense but the defense does not. They were kick ass the last two years and now just plain have been blown out the last two games.

I hope it's just because it was Cinci and the Pack. If Cutler goes through us like butter we have a really large problem.

Bingo! Brady didn't look good dressed up as Alex Smith.

I agree, but we don't have the defense to play that way this season.
