Just what this board needs is another Alex thread, but...

Just heard this from Teicher on 810. Remember the timeout fiasco in the last game? Well, it seems that the officials did not tell the Chiefs whether it was a full timeout or a 30 second timeout. It was apparently the shorter variety, so the play clock started before the Chiefs were ready. That's when Kelce lined up wrong, Alex tried to move guys around and then asked for another timeout (which the refs ignored since you cannot call two in a row).

So, not only did The Commander not ask whether it was a long or short timeout, but apparently he doesn't know the stinking rules either.

I know our defense sucks, but when your QB performs like this well, others gotta take notice. Right now, this guy is clueless.
