Sure there is talent, but NOT in the most important places - especially on offense. If you have a SHIT OL + a SHIT QB, it doesn't really matter what you have elsewhere. :shrug: The combination the Chiefs have brings out the absolute worst in both and we're seeing the results.

I agree with you that Smith does make them look worse than they are at pass blocking, but make no mistake, they are still plenty bad on their own. Even at their best, this OL plays below average IMO. The numbers are down on all phases other then pass protection as well.
