I assume he's in New York putting together the quietest 20+ sack season ever.

Anyone got an update? Staylor? BlackOp?

He had 14 points and 12 rebounds last night. Not bad going against Roy Hibbert

JFC I said Cat could get 3-4 sacks before the season started. I was hardly hyping him up like the others.

So at this point, you're only off by three or four!

Actually to be more specific I said Bailey/Howard/Cat should combine for around 10 sacks. Bailey/Howard already have 6, so I should still be right :D

Nah I'm good. I've got a plaid shirt and DIY daisy dukes to complement my beard. There'll be some bottom feeder wanting to get some slutty lumberjack action tomorrow night.

Catapano had the highest qb disruption rate of any of our interior lineman in 2013. The guy is a physical specimen. i know most here have been let down by this franchise for many years if not decades, but he's shown enough to warrant optimism. is he going to become the next jj watt? well no, but he can become a very good player.

Catapano was one of those guys that was on just about every sleeper list you could find before the draft. He has great measurables and was very productive in college as a pass rusher. He might not be Jared Allen, but he's not Studebaker or Grigsby either.

You're forgetting Nunez-Roches. He will definitely make the team unless Irving blows everyone away at camp and in the preseason. I think Cat will definitely be on the active roster though. Dorsey/the coaching staff/teammates think pretty highly of him from what I've seen.

Damn I remember looking back at Studebakers measurables/stats, but don't remember them being THAT good. Still feel Catapano was a much better prospect than those guys though and in a much better situation with Dorsey/Reid/Sutton overseeing him. We also have yet to see him play with the added size/strength. I think his ceiling is Jarret Johnson.

Houston should get 12-20

Hali should get 6-8
Poe should get 4-6

Bailey should get 6-8

Ford could get 5-8

Catapano could get 3-5

Howard could get 4-6

This defense is going to rack up a shit ton of sacks

Funny how mentioning Catapano as a potential impact player before training camp would get you laughed at on CP. He's going to be a stud in our nickel package.

LMAO.

Wow. I missed on a prospect. I must be ****ing terrible, since you know, nobody is ever wrong about one. It's not like guys that are just as big of failures go in the first round.

Like I said I thought Cat "could" get 3-5 sacks. He got one (along with quite a few pressures) as a ****ing undersized rookie learning a new position with hardly any playing time. Here we were two years later and he supposedly was physically ready and was expected to get a lot of snaps in our nickel packages (especially while Poe was out).

I said the ****ing guys ceiling was Jarrett Johnson for crying out loud. I wasn't shooting for the stars with that one. My point was I never said this guy was going to be a double digit sack caliber player like the guys he put my name with.

I get it. I was wrong about CAT, but let's stop pretending I was hyping him up to be anything more than a Wallace Gillbery caliber player.

Most people miss.

Just don't go to bat so hard next time.

It'll leave you fully exposed on CP.

I get it, but JFC all signs pointed to him at least being a decent pass rushing specialist (which was all I was predicting for 2015). Idk how many people watch individual players closely, but he flashed like hell his rookie year. He regressed despite the added size/strength. I don't know what exactly happened to him last year, but it obviously took its toll one way or another.

I bet Sorter won't go back and find me batting for Kelce and Gaines since it doesn't fit his agenda with me.
