Looks like the streets downtown are going to be barricaded starting at 9:00 tomorrow morning. The nearly incomprehensible email we got from the property managers also seemed to indicate that they would be up tonight, but I really can't tell whether that's accurate or not.

I just heard on 610 that Raytown wasn't and then they followed it up with the superintendent graduated from St Louis University.
