Raiders are hanging on and are a much better team.

They also have a very talented QB. This game will be tough.

This game is Oakland's season. We best be ready because they are not the Raiders of old.

And their QB is far more dangerous than Tyrod Taylor.

That should be a good thing since we have played then .500 the last couple of seasons and got swept by them 2 other seasons in the last 5 seasons.

He's been pretty solid blocking this year and catching, sans that bad penalty.

KC has to have their ducks in a row. The Texans and Jets are right on their ass and a loss to Oakland would vault the Raiders past the Chiefs in the wild card race.

It's cute seeing Raider fans excited to be in playoff contention this late in the season after slipping past a shitty Titans team by 3.

It'll be fun dealing the knockout blow next week that has them back to thinking about the Draft.

Their defense is really really really bad and their offense is only good against bad defenses. They cant stop the run or the pass which isn't a good thing and they don't have a shifty type speed WR that gives KC fits.Cooper while good isn't a bad match up for Smith.

Wont be close.

Chiefs by 14. 24-10.

Raiders playing pretty weak right now... On Offense and Defense... You can wing it and get by with one doing great and the other sputtering but you can't do shit when both play bad....

If the Raiders play like they have the last 4 weeks you guys win easy, if they play like the played to beat the Jets the Raiders stomp a mudhole in your asses.. Until proven otherwise I am going to have to go with option 1.

For the Chiefs, I think it depends on injuries. At the end of the game today, about 1/3rd of our starters were out, and I think we're in trouble in the worst-case scenario. If we can get 3-4 guys back, I think the Chiefs roll.

They have taken the fun out of me too but I predicted 8-8 all year long so they are 1 game behind being on track for that

I am not mad or anything but the Raiders are still making the worst mistakes at the worst times ans still can't grasp the concept of finishing games. The D will bust you in the chops for an 8 yard loss on 2nd and 10 then give up a 19 yrd screen for the first down...

Third big road trip for KC in four weeks... depends a bit on which Raiders team shows up, they have the ability to do some big things. Problem is they are young and a bit sporadic.

This team could give KC fits, but it will come down to poise and controlling the flow of the game which is likely the advantage for KC.

It's the first of 2 against OAK in the final 5 - they need a win to be relevant in the Wildcard chase - beat them, and there's likely not a tiebreaker KC won't own. Chiefs 19, Raiders 17.

I hope we get Allen Bailey back this week. He is a huge key for us moving forward, especially with Houston having issues.

Bailey, Howard and Poe are an elite DL, especially rushing the QB. Hopefully we get Dee Ford back this week as well.

If we get both of those guys back, I'd sit Houston, depending on his leg. Don't wanna rush him back and fuck us over later.

Khalil Mack could be suspended for this game...

Khalil Mack, linebacker, Oakland. In a 17-14 game (in favor of Oakland), in the middle of the fourth quarter, Tennessee was driving and had a third-and-one at the Oakland 20. Fullback Jalston Fowler went up the middle for about a yard—but no matter, because as he was piled up by the Raiders and clearly down, Mack came in from behind and delivered a forearm shiver to the back of Fowler’s head or to his neck—it wasn’t exactly clear. Whatever the play, it was absolutely dirty, and a large fine or suspension will result from it. The 10-yard (half the distance) roughness penalty got the Titans closer, and Marcus Mariota hit Fowler, fittingly, for a go-ahead one-yard touchdown pass. Oakland needed a 90-yard touchdown drive to pull out the win and keep their playoff hopes alive.http://mmqb.si.com/mmqb/2015/11/30/denver-broncos-new-england-patriots-week-12-nfl-cj-anderson

I'm looking forward to Cooper vs. Peters mostly. Let Houston rest until he's 100% and let Ford (if healthy, Jesus...) and Zombo get some much-needed playing time. Murray killed us last year, but he seems to have been figured out by defenses across the league.

Just protect the ball, run it down their throat with the occasional PA to Kelce/Maclin, and stay healthy.

Houston has a "mild" PCL sprain

Well, it could've been much worse. Chiefs linebacker Justin Houston was forced from the Bills' game on Sunday with a knee injury but he appears to have avoided serious injury.

Initial tests revealed a PCL sprain and the injury is thought to be "minor," reports NFL.com's Ian Rapoport. It's a potentially encouraging development for a Chiefs team that has won five straight and is currently the fifth seed in the AFC playoff race.

Houston, who signed a six-year, $101 million deal this summer, also leads the Chiefs with 7.5 sacks. It's unclear if he will be available when Kansas City faces AFC West rival Oakland on Sunday.

Question: Is Carr a scrambler or is he more a straight-pocket passer.

(The answer might be obvious to you guys, but if you think it's tough getting Chiefs info on the East Coast, the Raiders might as well be on another planet as far as the press is out here.)

We walk into Oakland continuing our buffalo second half game plan, we will pull this off.

We walk in regressing back to the frustratingly conservative buffalo first half approach and we are doomed.

Carr flicks a few tds a game. He has two excellent receiving targets. The pass offense needs to play to win the game (thank you, Herm) vs relying on the defense and run offense to win the game for them.

He's not a statue but he's not someone I'd worry about scrambling often. Honestly, their offensive line is pretty good so he likely won't need to. I expect our defensive front to struggle to bring pressure. Think the Buffalo and Cincinnati games.
