Apparently there's been an FBI plane doing surveillance in OP this week

I spotted people talking about this in a thread on r/kansascity on Reddit. Apparently a plane registered to an FBI front company has been circling the area around 87th and Antioch in OP. No one is quite sure why, but people are speculating that they are harvesting cell phone traffic.

Anyone in the area notice any strange aircraft this week?

Hmmm. There should be an app that alerts you when this is overhead. Doesn't sound that difficult. Just plug into FlightAware.

Or point your phone at a plane in the sky and get the data. Like Sky Map.

They have warrants. But drones or vans with stingrays work better. They dont have to notify you.

Why would they harvest cell phone data from an airplane when they can take it not from an airplane. They are probably controlling the weather or planning the next Sandy Hook or communicating with the reptilians.
