49ers fans fly 'Hold Jed Accountable' sign over Levi's Stadium before Bengals game


The San Francisco 49ers return home has brought out the anti-Jed York fans. Three weeks removed from flying a banner over Levi's Stadium that said "Jed & 49ers should mutually part ways", a new banner is up. The guys behind it paid to have a banner fly over that says "Hold Jed Accountable."

They plan on flying another banner for the 49ers season finale against the St. Louis Rams, and then potentially something during Super Bowl week. They won't be able to fly something over the stadium during the Super Bowl itself, as there is usually a no fly zone imposed over the stadium, but there will be plenty of other festivities over which they could fly a banner if they are so inclined.


The 49ers were formally eliminated from playoff contention with last Sunday's 24-10 loss to the Cleveland Browns.
