Well here's the final diagnosis from doctors today. My wife is a nurse practioneer and her office is having a new roof installed this week. There was I guess generators real close to the a/c unit, the fumes from it was making people feel sick in the office. I guess my wife went 1 step further and had a severe reaction to it after getting home, her symptoms were exactly like a stroke ! After extensive tests it was determined to be a reaction to the fumes .
So relieved it was not a stroke with long lasting problems.
Again thanks so much for all your thoughts & prayers, it helped a lot .
