Super Bowl grounds crew fumbles end zone paint job (http://www.foxnews.com/sports/2016/01/31/super-bowl-grounds-crew-fumbles-end-zone-paint-job.html?intcmp=hplnws)

The grounds crew for Super Bowl 50 last week wound up fumbling the end zone paint job.

For a brief time, both end zones at Levi’s Stadium were painted with the Denver Broncos team name and logo, Sports Illustrated reports.

The mistake was quickly covered up and by Thursday one of the end zones featured the team name and logo of the Charlotte Panthers, the other team in the Super Bowl.

Meh. Is it really a fumble if you fumble before the game?

This planet has lost its burst.

(Written by a guy who was here when "Lost its burst" meant something.)

Now If you'll excuse me I'm about to go think up a Gaz option for a poll, in my mom's basement.

The annual Super Bowl Media Day will now be a primetime television event, the NFL announced Tuesday.

Instead of the traditional Tuesday afternoon Media Day, players will address the media on Monday night at an event known as Super Bowl Opening Night.

Mike Garofolo of Fox Sports reported earlier this month that the league was considering moving the pre-Super Bowl press conferences to primetime.

The 2016 event is scheduled to last from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. ET, with one hour of interview time for each player.
