Because if this position is created I would bet my life the person falls into that demographic.

It's not like the world needs another millionaire being created to exploit these kids (black or white).

It just makes me laugh that College football cant figure out a way to put money (decent money) in these kids pockets but can always find another layer of bureaucracy to further feed from the trough. Just see college football Play-off committee.

The NFL isn't capitalism, the ability to choose what you do with your life is. Sadly, there's not much capitalism in this country anymore.
