Well, I think we've seen what inferior starting pitching does to a team. Bats turn to jelly after giving up 4 in the first (and not one ball left yard either!). Someone has to put their boot up the ass of some of these starters in effort to get through the first without selling the farm. Just saps the energy from the team, fans, announcers, and especially Mustard, Ketchup, and Relish.....makes for a blah race.

I think I've said this before but Andrelton Simmons is probably the best shortstop I've ever seen play in person. I didn't see Ozzie Smith too many times in his true prime, but Simmons is in that area code. Unbelievable range too. He'll get to hits you think are clearly through the infield.
