We've got loads of issues to correct but a solid comeback win nonetheless.

Who gets your game ball?

Ware

Smith rallied hard, but you can't give it to anyone but Ware. Ware made play after play after play.

There are a number of people:

The OL shoring up their holes and looking great in the second half after allowing SD to push them around in the first.

Smith for not crumpling and playing even better down the stretch.

Ware for making awesome plays.

Maclin for the beast TD catch and the big play downfield that got him knocked out but set up the Chiefs to tie the game.

The TEs for making key catches to keep drives alive. Kelce with that great grab.

Basically the offense as a whole.

Defense got better down the stretch but that was mostly due to Allen going down.

Definitly Ware. He was great all game. Smith was poor early and then great.

50/50 between Ware and Smith.
Smith kind of enabled Ware's performance with some nice passes.

Smith. Drove down the field multiple times in the 4th to score. Led the team. Ware was a recipient of his passes. But Ware played amazing.

Mike McCoy should get consideration as well. Thanks for trying that 54 yard field goal, coach.

Agree BOTH were huge in that win.

Alex Smith. Not even close. That's not to take away anything from Ware. If Alex is going to get blamed for losing big in the first half, he deserves credit when they win.

I though Alex played like horse shit the first half. He was outstanding in the 4Q. That seems to be vintage Alex Smith to play well when the game is urgent. I really wish he would stop that shit and play with the same urgency for 4 quarters. But for today, I'll take it.

hard to pick a hero for this one. It was beautiful all the way around. But for me, Alex showed me something today.

I appreciated the turtling up at the end to give the Chiefs two minutes to tie it up.

I'm also still marveling over that punt. That 17-yard punt was epic.

Whoever turned off Reid's headset so he couldn't talk to Alex in the second half.

This x eleventybillion!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111111

 ROFL

It cannot be emphasized enough the negative impact that Reid's conservative playcalling has on Alex Smith's play and the offense in general. Andy Reid should have to go on an all liquid diet for the rest of the NFL season or until he learn to do a decent job calling plays.

Ware. He was busting his ass the whole game setting the example of how everyone else should have been playing. Honorable mention to Smith. When he finally took control of the offense he made it look easy.

Ware. Dude was electric today. He was everywhere. He caught everything, ran with authority and burst, and just owned today.

Props to Alex to leading us back though, too. I didn't know he had that in him.
