Sounds like this game could be a real test... if guys aren't ready to roll, they don't need to be out there a week before Denver.

My guess is Peters and Poe play... lets hope they can.

Reid says that Poe is fine, but if this back spasm issue becomes a thing...

its gonna suck for us and him, cause there is no way I'd be re-signing him for anything significant.

Thought Poe was out because of his knee.

The knee bone's connected to the...back bone...

This honestly could be a game where we just bench everyone.

I thought one of Reid's rules was that if you didn't practice on Friday you didn't play on Sunday.

Is that the case or did I just make it up? I've been known to make shit up from time to time.

Give me a break. We barely beat the Jags at home. The Bucs are 4-5. They beat the Falcons and almost beat the Raiders. This game will be down to the wire and once again require multiple takeaways by our D to overcome Alex's ineptitude. It's also the end of this long string of games against mediocre teams, so we need to make the most of it.

This is awful, just awful. Poe and Peters is bad. Really bad with Martin and Evans in the house. Houston will have to get 8 sacks.

Sit Howard and Maclin so they are ready to go next week. Jones and Reek have really helped us fill those positions.

A "good chance" means he'll be out, but will look good for next week.

6 defense starters as questionable, Maclin listed as out.

This is Rotoworld's take on Peters:

"Peters is dealing with a painful hip pointer that prevented him from practicing all week. Peters is valuable enough to Kansas City's defense that the Chiefs might try to push him to play even if he's well less than 100 percent, but also gave up a 40-yard touchdown bomb to Devin Funchess last week and a 50-yard gain to Marqise Lee the week before. Injured and giving up tons of production, Peters has playmaking ability but isn't a corner to fear."

I agree, I think teams should throw his way all the time. I'm sure it will work out really well for them.

Just going to tune in and see what happens. KC will have their advantages and disadvantages going in. If they protect the ball, and play as they ARE capable.. they will win. Really as simple as that, and cuts through all of the melodrama.

But it's been true for much of the season

I am optimistic even with the injuries. But the CLE game last year AND the Jax game this year should be all people need to know about what can happen if this team isn't 100% on at home against a weak opponent. It wasn't a lock that we beat Jax. In fact some of the time the beat themselves vs. us beating them. Lets not just assume this is a cakewalk.

I've come to accept Peters for what he is and love it. The way today's NFL is, all corners are going to give up some plays, especially with the flags that get thrown on them. It's the 2nd toughest position to play.

Peters takes his chances and comes up big sometimes. He loses sometimes. But overall he makes the defense a lot better with his style of play.

I actually wish more corners would take his approach, but not all corners have his ball skills.

So the entire starting defensive line of Poe, Howard, and Bailey may be out? I hope Chris Jones dominates.

Agreed. This game has a bad feel for some reason.

For once I would love for KC to just jump on a team from the get go. Go up by two touchdowns for a change.

For some reason? The reason is pretty clear - injuries to key players. Injuries and poor field conditions are great equalizers.

Exactly. You can complete several passes, but he's gonna get one. Usually the one he gets does more damage than the ones you complete.

Bucs LG Kevin Pamphile (concussion) has been ruled out for Week 11.

He'll miss his second straight game. It's a downgrade to Doug Martin's matchup. The Bucs could start Ben Gottschalk at left guard after rookie Caleb Benenoch struggled in spot duty last week.

Zach Shapiro confirms Doug Martin will have more carries this week.
Martin had 17 touches in his return last week, but was rested for most of the second half. He's going to have closer to a full workload Sunday.

Ford playing as well as Houston this year
Hill playing as well as Maclin last year
Jones playing as well has Bailey (2 sacks in 4 starts)
Peters being worlds better than S. Smith

Big reason why we keep winning. Dorsey knows how to find talent.

read that too who ever wrote this must have next to no knowledge about the NFL. Pretty strange and i bet Peters is going to play.
