I think its real. I have an Echo and if you ask it to do something that it isn't sure of it will give you a list of options. You have to be specific in your request. I had fun with it at first but the novelty has wore off.

Also the parents reaction is one of surprise and quickly wanting to shut it down.

Apparently the Alexa plays songs from Spotify and there is actually a song on Spotify with that long NSFW title. It was created to be used as a joke ringtone to put on one of your friend's phones as a prank.

So theoretically this COULD have happened because that "track" actually exists on Spotify, although the parents still could have found that out and decided to set the whole thing up with the kid and the camera.
