Checked with my doc and he said it'd be okay (I was running high blood pressure due to the chemotherapy, but the Viagra stuff tends to lower blood pressure so the doc didn't think there was going to be a problem.

Half life is about four hours, so it should work for a decent period of time. It's metabolized by a common pathway in your liver, so depending on what other drugs/supplements you are on, the half life could be longer or shorter; I'd have to know.

I would take half a pill about 2 hours before go time (lets say 8pm) and the first 4 or 5 times i felt the effects into the next day until lunch. After i used it for a week i noticed that it took a little longer to kick in but would still last until mid day the next day.
