I think they get them pretty-much all the time. It's just an NFL thing, Brady's WR get the DPI call for things most other QB's WRs would not. The NFL will always say/defend that the officials "can't see it all", but we also know, in certain circumstances they look for things, and others they simply don't.

Don't count on it, the Steelers' history seems to help them endlessly. And if Andy and the players are willing to make a scene and get in their face, and/or respond in kind, the officials won't feel the least bit compelled to alter tradition.
