We recently got our own NBC affiliate which is/was aired on DTV 21 but as of today is black with a message that the owner of the station pulled it even after pleas by DTV not to.

So glad I made plans to head North to watch the game,what a ****ing joke.

This happened with CBS the first part of January and I was unable to get the Chargers/Chiefs on DirecTV. I bought the over the air antenna and was able to watch, but I forgot how it was to watch something without DVR... it sucked. I hate Directv though, and after 20 yrs. since 1997, will be looking to switch.

I hope it doesn't continue to Saturday/Sunday or I'll miss the NFC divisional round games & if goes to the next weekend I'll miss the NFC Championship game & if it goes to the Super Bowl I'm fucked...I don't watch Fox or ABC any other times.

It may. I have had snow covered on mine before and it did well. Locals are usually better than 'cable' stations when it is covered.

I had my Directv dish on my roof for several years. Every time we had an ice storm I had to get out my ladder, climb up to the roof, and pour hot water over the dish to thaw the ice layer off of the dish. (luckily my dish was on the edge of the roof so I could do it while standing on my ladder; still not a pleasant task). I finally called Directv and had them reinstall it on the side of my house. I figured a 70 year old man shouldn't be climbing ladders outside in an ice storm. :D

I should be able to watch the games thru the FoxSportsGO app on my phone but it's still crap how the consumer gets fucked by these guys.

I like watching the pregame shows but they aren't streamed.

We had some channels go dark for awhile this month as well.

Called and got $10 credit for the month.

I did on their online site, only took about 15 minutes. :shrug:
