Hell of a game by Lamar Jackson ...Im curious to see how scouts project him next year...if they see a dual-threat quarterback or a conversion to wide receiver due to his lack of protoypical size (6-3 205lbs) for a QB and likely sub-4.5 speed. Clearly he has the raw arm talent to make every throw. Will have to rein in those emotions but that's part of what I personally love about his game. I don't see a reason why he shouldn't declare early next year.

Because he needs to refine his passing game if he's going to stay at the QB position? The dude is a 3-4 year project if he comes out next year, at least.

When asked(RichEisenShow) which teams that he's visited he said the Chiefs first.

Does that mean anything?

In the Jackson video they intentionally cut all of his incompletions

You're right. Here's another vid with all of his plays including sacks. He was under pressure and beat up pretty good by that Clemson front-7. Jackson has his flaws but I love his upside, athleticism, and competitive fire.

I was like six minutes in and I was like "this guy is flawless!" And then it started to dawn on me that there every pass was a catch and time stamped kept leaping ahead.

No, this kid is sick though. Throws on a rope, even when his feet are out of position. Would love to see his game if he were to add 20 lbs of muscle.

That'll be one of the knocks on him is lack of size and bulk. He'll need it if he has any hopes of surviving in the league as a dual-threat. Cam Newton was beat up pretty bad last year and he's 6'6" +250 lbs.

Jackson's running style helps...he's a slasher, slips tackles ...doesn't get hit square but there will be a play where he takes that wicked, Bud Dupree vs Matt Moore, type of hit....it's inevitable with his playing style unless an OC reins him in.

He most likely will have to switch to WR or at least be asked to workout as one during the pre-draft stuff but I can tell he'll stand his ground as a QB.
